Full Range of equipment with some legacy items such as Jonah Lomu’s bench press and weight chains, Our gym has been the start of many great stories.

The most exciting feature of our club is that we include access to our PT’s as part of your membership fee. No need to book in.

Our Sauna is 80°C and large enough for 10 people to comfortably relax after a workout and let the heat melt away your fatigue.

Our Steam Room is 3 seats tall, 50°C, and we have eucalyptus oil available upon request by any members to make the experience that much better.

We sport 2 pools, Hot or Cold, both are suitable for up to 6 individuals at a given time and are PH controlled, with our cold pool reaching lows of 5°C.

Our staff will run your gear through a laundry service and have it back in your locker for your next workout. Towels are also provided.

Underground & above ground secure free parking is available to every member included in your membership fee.

The member lounge is a large separate room where members can sit down together, get some work done, or enjoy our a cup of coffee on the house.

Each member is given a numbered locker that they can use to store any gear and personal health item they would need in the gym.
