    Hi, I’m Ivan Ivanovic, born in Belgrade, Serbia in 1981. I moved to New Zealand with my family in July 1995. I completed a B.Sc. degree from University of Auckland in September 2006, majoring in Sport and Exercise Science. Sport has always been my number one passion in life, especially football (soccer). I have played football at a National league level, as well as coaching (1 st XI Lynfield College). I currently play socially, 2x per week, sometimes 3x.

    Aside from football, I also enjoy playing tennis and basketball, as well as outdoor activities such as hiking and skiing. I also enjoy music and arts, and food! I have been working as a personal trainer for over 14 years. The last 10 of these I have spent at the Atrium Club.

    Hey I’m Josh, I was born in south Africa and moved to New Zealand in 2016. I got into personal training straight out finishing high school thanks to a passion for fitness and my desire to do something physical for work. I qualified from NZIHF in early 2022 and have been improving my skills ever since. I like to keep up to date with new studies and ideas regarding training methods and alternatives to common training styles that may help improve efficiency or increase effectiveness.

    My specialty is Physio style rehabilitation, and Strength training; however, I personally train in range of motion and muscle gain as well as having knowledge of dieting and hormone & nutrient imbalance correction.

    Outside of the gym I often go rock climbing, swimming and hiking. I also enjoy being around lively people and is one of the reasons ive joined the Atrium as one of its trainers.

    Hi there! My name is Girish; but all my mates call me ‘G’. I was born in Fiji and have proudly called myself a Kiwi since 1989, from the age of 8. I grew up in the Wairarapa, moved to Auckland to finish off high school and completed my University studies in Dunedin in 2004.

    I’ve been coaching Boxing and Kickboxing for over 20 years and Personal Training since 2008, becoming officially certified in 2010 through the NZ Institute of Health and Fitness in Christchurch. I’ve P.T.’d and coached in a few different countries and had a couple of gyms and P.T. Studios along the way.

    My specialties are re-hab, returning to full function, basically getting more pain free movement, participation and enjoyment out of life…Not to mention some terrible jokes and never letting a workout getting in the way of a good yarn eh!
